Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products as such use the below table as a guide only.
We offer free Standard shipping on Orders over $50, no sale items.
Expedited Shipping Fees
We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates (please use as a guide only, as shipping rates are subject to change based on the carriers:

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Once your order is packaged and fulfilled, we will send an email with your tracking information. If you are receiving perishable items from us, it's essential not to miss a delivery. If your location situation is either unsure or unsafe, don't hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will ship at a time that is conducive for you.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer international shipping to the following countries:
- United States
- United Kingdom
Free Standard shipping is not valid on international orders.
For information about customs process:
- Please get in touch with your local customs in your country for duties and fees. We are not responsible for custom and duty fees as your local customs establish those fees per country.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
- Orders are only shipped on business days Mon-Fri.
- To ensure same-day delivery, the order must be placed by 2 pm EST.
- Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
